This teleradiology role is ideal for radiologists seeking either a full-time remote career or supplemental income opportunities with consistent case volume and robust support systems. Key Responsibilities • Interpret and report on diagnostic radiology imaging studies including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities, • Provide timely and accurate preliminary and final radiology reports for hospital partners in southern Texas, • Communicate critical findings to referring physicians and clinical teams promptly, • Maintain compliance with ACR standards, hospital protocols, and teleradiology best practices, • Participate in quality assurance programs and peer review processes, • Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure optimal patient care, • Utilize advanced PACS and teleradiology technology platforms for remote image interpretationRequired Qualifications, • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by ABR (American Board of Radiology), • Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas or ability to obtain Texas medical licensure quickly, • Strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging, general radiology, and diagnostic imaging interpretation, • Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and consulting with referring physicians, • Ability to work independently in a remote teleradiology environment, • Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and teleradiology software systems, • Commitment to maintaining high-quality diagnostic standards and turnaround timesPreferred Qualifications, • Fellowship training in any radiology subspecialty (Body Imaging, Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, etc.), • Previous teleradiology or remote radiology experience, • Highly competitive annual salary range: $400,000 - $800,000, • Flexible compensation structure: RVU-based or base salary options available, • Additional RVU production bonuses beyond base compensation, • Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage included, • 1099 independent contractor arrangement with permanent placement potential, • Consistent imaging volume ensuring stable income
