Job Summary: The AVP, Regional Network Operations is responsible for the end-to-end performance, health, and growth of Accuserve’s Interior and Exterior contractor networks within an assigned geographic region, including Water Mitigation, Roofing, and Interior Repairs. A foundational mandate of this role is to design, implement, and scale Accuserve’s regional field strategy for contractor network management. Accuserve does not currently have a fully built or consistently executed field operating model, and this leader is expected to build that model while simultaneously leading day-to-day regional execution. This role builds, leads, and develops a high performing team of Regional Field Managers located in key markets, who serve as Accuserve’s primary field presence. The AVP owns vendor performance, recruiting effectiveness, compliance, capacity readiness, and the operational feedback loop between vendors and internal Operations teams, ensuring national network strategy translates into disciplined, local execution. Success in this role requires a leader who can build structure from ambiguity, balance short-term results with long-term scalability, and establish field credibility with vendors while maintaining strong alignment with internal partners. General Responsibilities: Field Strategy Creation & Deployment (Foundational Priority) Accuserve does not currently have a fully built or consistently executed field strategy for contractor network management across Interior and Exterior trades. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and scale that strategy. Responsibilities include: • Defining Accuserve’s regional field operating model for contractor network management., • Establishing clear expectations for field presence, vendor engagement, recruiting support, compliance verification, and performance intervention., • Designing standardized cadence, tools, metrics, and playbooks for Regional Field Managers., • Piloting the field strategy in assigned regions, refining based on results, and preparing it for national scalability., • Own regional vendor network performance, coverage, and readiness across all assigned trades., • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Field Managers, setting clear expectations, priorities, and success metrics., • Establish strong field leadership rhythms including territory reviews, performance deep dives, and vendor engagement plans., • Drive vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, NPS, quality standards, and customer experience expectations., • Partner with Operations leaders to resolve systemic issues impacting vendor success or claim outcomes., • Lead escalation and resolution of high-impact vendor performance, quality, or relationship issues., • Partner closely with Network Strategy & Recruitment teams to identify and resolve coverage gaps, capacity risks, and growth needs., • Ensure recruiting efforts translate into trained, qualified, and production-ready vendors., • Serve as the voice of the field, delivering structured feedback from vendors into various department leaders., • Identify recurring friction points, process breakdowns, or misalignment between field execution and internal workflows., • Represent Accuserve at regional vendor meetings, industry events, and trade shows., • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key regional and national vendors., • Ensure vendors meet all licensing, insurance, workmanship, and program compliance requirements., • Act as a field checkpoint for early identification of compliance risk, vendor fatigue, or market breakdowns., • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered., • 7+ years of experience in contractor network management, field operations, or vendor performance leadership., • Prior experience managing high performing and engaged remote and geographically distributed teams., • Strong understanding of property insurance, mitigation, restoration, and managed repair environments., • Proven ability to drive accountability and performance while building stronger relationship., • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills., • Comfortable operating independently in a field-based leadership role., • Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required, • Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely, • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time required Accuserve’s Human Centric Value Proposition: Accuserve is built on a foundation of community, fostering valuable connections, and creating an innovative approach to help you navigate the insurance landscape.
