Coaches are to provide education on alcohol use and its effects on health, the benefits of using pharmacotherapy, and effective behavioral change. Next is to use various coaching tools based on CBT and MI to provide positive short- and long term health outcomes for members. All coaches are to work interdependently with various team members and departments.
