Our mission: Prepare schools and students for the future of workwith ethics, integrity, and real-world skills. We are now seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Leader to help scale this next phase. The Opportunity This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads role. This is for a builder. A closer. A future executive. You will start as a one-person growth engine and evolve into the leader of a high-performing sales organization. If you want to help shape a companynot just work at onethis is your seat. Your Mission You will: • Own revenue growth for BeyondK12 and Learneum, • Generate, qualify, and close education clients (schools, districts, networks), • Build scalable sales systems and pipelines, • Implement CRM, automation, and follow-up workflows, • Develop partnerships and strategic accounts, • Recruit, train, and manage future sales reps Core Responsibilities Sales & Growth • Prospect and close K12 administrators and decision-makers, • Run high-level discovery and solution presentations, • Manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, • Use CRM and automation tools effectively, • Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics, • Build repeatable sales processes, • Help design the future sales org, • Mentor and manage new team members We are looking for someone who is: • A proven closer with B2B or education sales experience, • Comfortable building from zero, • Highly organized and self-directed, • Strong communicator (spoken and written English), • Tech-savvy and AI-curious, • Professional, confident, and polished, • Persistent and resilient, • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education services, • Startup or early-stage company experience, • CRM/Marketing automation experience (GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), • Existing education contacts or book of business This role is for you if: • You like ownership, not hand-holding, • You enjoy solving problems, • You are competitive with yourself, • You believe in education and innovation, • You want long-term upside, not just a paycheck We will provide support, training, and leadershipbut you must bring drive.
