    EXPERIENCED CLOTHING RESELLER WANTED (COMMISSION-BASED PROJECT) Update: After thinking more about this project and talking with a few people, I realized I underestimated how much work is actually involved. This is a new idea for me, and I appreciate everyone’s feedback. If you saw my original post, I’ve updated the commission structure and project details to better reflect the amount of work involved. I’m looking for one experienced clothing reseller to help sell my personal wardrobe of approximately 150–200 pre-owned clothing items. Most of the inventory consists of everyday used clothing with a mix of brands, styles, and price points. While there are some higher-value pieces, many items are lower-priced. My goal is to maximize the overall value of the inventory—not simply sell everything as quickly as possible. Responsibilities • Meet at my apartment in Washington Heights, Manhattan., • Sort and organize the inventory., • Photograph every item using professional-quality listing photos., • Research fair market values., • Create listings using your existing resale accounts., • Respond to buyer questions and negotiate offers., • Package and ship sold items., • Keep inventory organized and provide regular progress updates. You may occasionally work independently. The apartment has security cameras. Requirements Please only apply if you: • Already have active, established seller accounts on platforms such as Depop, eBay, Poshmark, Grailed, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, or similar., • Have a proven history of successfully selling clothing online., • Have positive seller ratings or feedback., • Have experience pricing clothing based on current resale value., • Can create clean, professional-quality listing photos., • Are organized, dependable, trustworthy, and communicate well., • Will use your existing seller accounts. Pricing & Sales • You’ll recommend listing prices based on your experience., • Every final sale price must be approved before accepting an offer., • All inventory remains my property until sold., • If inventory leaves my apartment, we’ll maintain a shared inventory list. Compensation 45% commission on every completed sale. I’m looking for someone who’s motivated to maximize the value of the inventory while keeping the process organized and efficient.
