Smarter Energy Services is currently seeking experienced sales professionals to work as in-market Community Solar Representatives (CSR). This is a remote, independent (1099) full commission role. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of solar sales experience, with 2+ yrs. of direct sales (B2B or B2C) experience. Multilingual is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with different CRM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., is a plus. CSRs will be responsible for generating new accounts for both residential and commercial community solar. CSRs will do so via both outbound cold-calling (B2B only) and door-knocking (B2B and B2C) prospects in specified areas within a given state. From there CSRs will assist prospective customers applying electronically for enrollment in a community solar farm project. They will do so via online web tools and/or mobile apps. WE ARE HIRING RESIDENTIAL The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides assistance to participants who need help with daily living skills, and other activities such as, activity development and training in social interaction. This position assists participants with bathing, feeding, toileting, laundry, and other self-care responsibilities. The DSP is responsible for safely accompanying participants to community resources, medical appointments, and other approved activities. The position is responsible for completing progress notes and making appropriate entries into the daily log book. FULL-TIME SHIFTS M-F 3PM-11PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM, SAT AND SUN, 8AM-8PM, 8PM-8AM Medical Assistant/Direct Support Professional DRIVER LICENSE REQUIRED This position performs the duties listed under the DSP position in addition to assisting the participant with achieving and maintaining good health, provide support and help the participant achieve their goals in life, and live as independently as possible. They would also be responsible for scheduling and escorting the participants to medical appointments and acting as an advocate and liaison while on appointments. Administer medication, check MAR sheets and maintain participant medical records in compliance with OPWDD standards. Prepare case notes, read and make appropriate entries in facility logs daily. Review communication logs, Medication Administration Log and Medical Log at beginning of each shift. Participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team in the development, implementation and evaluation of the residents’ Plan of Care. Accompany participants to Cardio Club and participate in activities and carry out fire drills, evacuations and emergency procedures. Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff. Troubleshoot equipment and systems to diagnose issues and implement solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services when necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Keep the building's common areas clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal property maintenance tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a luxury residential setting. Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and tools, as well as proficiency in various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Program Development Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager reporting to the Residential Manager. The candidate will be assisting in supervising the day-to-day operations of the residence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the residence and that adequate support services (vendors, suppliers) are maintained; providing direct services to the Individuals together with the direct care staff; supervising the DSPs, ensuring that training is provided to the facility staff. Requirements High School diploma/GED. Associate’s degree in Health or Human Services preferred. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience with the developmentally disabled population is preferred. Minimum two years related experience in a social service setting. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to work a flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and overnights. Must have clean driving record and valid NYS drivers’ licenses.
