Position Overview: The Administrative and HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Cuerno NY’s operations by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and human resources functions. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Functions Review and reconcile daily cash and credit card sales with the POS system. Track and process invoices, ensuring timely submission to the corporate office. Upload scanned invoices and maintain accurate digital records in the company’s accounting software. Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and maintain positive relationships. Process and track accounts payable tasks, including cutting and mailing checks. Set up new vendor accounts and maintain up-to-date vendor records, including W-9 forms. Assist with inventory tracking and ensure stock levels are reported accurately. Organize and maintain hard and digital files for easy accessibility.
