Job Description Empirical Consulting Solutions has been engaged to search for a Medical Device Sales Rep in the San Francisco Metro area. This is a remote opportunity, and candidates must be able to commute daily in the San Francisco Metro area. This role is roughly 80% account management and 20% new business. ***Medical Device sales experience is not required but an entrepreneurial mindset is a must have! The ideal Medical Device Sales Representative candidate… • 1-2 yrs. of sales experience, • Has been through a rigorous formal sales training program, • Has business acumen, • Is a self-starter and a great relationship builder, • Enjoys presenting, • Is comfortable selling in a hospital setting Offering: • 95K base + commission (uncapped) and employer paid full benefits., • Medical, dental and vision paid 100% for employee and family., • Remote with expectation to be in territory 4 days a week and home office 1 day., • Car allowance, cell phone and laptop. Medical Device Sales Representative Responsibilities • Grow sales, revenue, and market share in assigned territory., • Establish new sales through cold calling and visits to potential customer sites., • Offer a full range of products to new and existing customers., • Demonstrate products in hospitals and educate potential customers about features and benefits., • Maintain product knowledge and attend training sessions., • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreement., • Maintains competitive product knowledge., • Collaborate regularly with sales and marketing teams. Medical Device Sales Representative Qualifications • 1-2 yrs. sales experience with previous formal sales training, • Business acumen, • Ability to adhere to the vendor credentialing process of health care providers., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Self-motivated and goal oriented, • Open to 25% overnight travel, • Must be able to travel daily in the San Francisco Metro area
