The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, supporting marketing campaigns from concept through execution, and tracking performance to continuously improve results.Key Responsibilities • Plan, develop, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as assigned), • Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, captions, short-form videos, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines, • Assist in developing marketing strategies, content calendars, and campaign timelines, • Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; prepare reports and make recommendations for optimization, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand voice, • Support website updates, landing pages, and basic design or layout changes, • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience outreach efforts, • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and written materials, • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practicesRequired Qualifications, • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously, • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, branding, and audience engagement, • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.), • Experience creating visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to tone and detail, • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred (But Not Required), • Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace, • Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, or email marketing platforms, • Experience supporting marketing for professional services, law firms, or corporate brands, • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)Schedule & Work Environment, • Fully remote position, • Full-time schedule, • Must be reliable, responsive, and able to collaborate effectively with a distributed team
