Job DescriptionDescription: The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation. This role supports manufacturing operations by identifying defects, enforcing quality procedures, and promoting continuous improvement to maintain customer and company requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Perform in-process and final inspections of products and materials, • Measure and test products using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.), • Read and interpret specifications and quality standards, • Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products, • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues, • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation, • Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance, • Work closely with production teams to improve quality and reduce defects, • Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures, • Assist with incoming material inspections as needed, • Adhere to Condair’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies., • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required, • 2 years of quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience required, • Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed, • Frequent turning, twisting, and reaching, • Frequent use of hands for measuring and inspecting small parts, • Visual acuity for detailed inspection work, • Manufacturing/production floor setting, • Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment, • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes
