Job Description Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to join our Perrysburg, OH team. This role is a sales leadership position responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers across Northwest Ohio and Southeast region. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and team leadership, preferably within the restoration or service-based industry. The position requires expertise in executing structured sales processes, coaching sales talent, leveraging data and CRM tools, and driving revenue growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale opportunity. Your role is to transform this group into a disciplined, high-performing revenue engine. This role requires a true player-coach mentality: • In the field regularly, • In key sales meetings, • In pipeline reviews, • In recruiting conversations • Clear regional sales strategy with defined priorities, • Working with OPS towards increased close rates and average job size, • Improved pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy, • Upgraded talent where necessary, • Consistent new account acquisition, • Stronger alignment between Sales and Operations, • Revenue growth and EBITDA improvement Core Responsibilities Revenue Leadership • Own the regional sales number, • Drive new account acquisition across commercial, insurance, and property management sectors, • Personally engage in strategic, high-value opportunities, • Identify underperforming territories and correct quickly Team Elevation • Recruit A-players, • Coach aggressively and consistently, • Remove performance ambiguity, • Set non-negotiable standards, • Develop early-career reps into professionals Player-Coach Execution • Field ride-alongs weekly, • Joint calls on key accounts, • Lead high-level business development meetings, • Hold disciplined pipeline reviews Performance & Accountability • Establish measurable KPIs, • Track and report weekly leading indicators, • Conduct win/loss analysis, • Build a performance-driven culture Who Thrives Here • Competitive, • Comfortable with pressure, • Direct and decisive, • Data-driven but field-oriented, • Skilled at recruiting strong talent, • Not afraid to make difficult people decisions, • Strong closer personally Required Experience • 5+ years restoration sales experience, • 3+ years leading revenue-producing teams, • Proven track record of building teams — not just inheriting them, • Demonstrated success growing underperforming markets, • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills Preferred: • IICRC certifications, • Insurance carrier relationships, • Multi-state territory leadership experience Compensation • Competitive base salary, • Performance-based bonus tied directly to EBITDA and revenue growth, • Significant upside for exceeding targets High performers will be rewarded.
