Job Description CDL-A Driver — Regional Eastern Seaboard | No-Touch Dry Van | New Grads Welcome Let's keep this simple. You drive. We keep the freight consistent, the miles steady, and the paycheck predictable. Regional runs up and down the Eastern Seaboard — no-touch dry van, home every two weeks, and a pay range that holds week over week. WHAT YOU EARN • Employment Type: Full-time W2, • CPM: $0.56 – $0.65 based on experience and miles driven, • Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 gross average, • Weekly Miles: 2,200 – 2,500 average Direct Deposit:, • Weekly Pay Raise: Every six months, • These are real numbers., • Extra stop pay Layover and breakdown pay, • 100% no-touch 53-foot dry van freight, • 60% drop & hook | 40% live load/unload, • Eastern regional lanes Mix of day and night runs, • Minimal downtime between loads, • Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Rider and pet policy from day one, • Open to recent CDL-A graduates with 120 hours of truck driving school completed within the past 12 months, • Training duration: 4–6 weeks with an assigned mentor, • Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period, • Mentors cover over-the-road routes, safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling, • After training: transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM, • By the time you go solo, you'll be ready RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT and company policy, • Transport no-touch dry van freight on scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs, • Complete and document pre- and post-trip inspections daily, • 21 years of age or older with a valid CDL-A license, • CDL-A held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations, • Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of experience, • No at-fault accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 3 years, • No DUI in the last 5 years, • No safety-related terminations, • Employment gaps must not exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
