We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Agent Trainee to join our district. This role involves building new client relationships, offering customized insurance solutions, and driving sales across a variety of product lines. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-driven, and eager to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry. Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Responsibilities • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement, • Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance, • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients, • Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals, • Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related industries), • Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment, • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a long-term career opportunity
