What You'll Do • Handle a steady flow of warm-transfer inbound leads that are sent directly to your station., • Build quick rapport, uncover needs, and present simple insurance solutions over the phone in a clear, confident way., • Follow a proven sales process, hit daily talk-time, quote, and close goals, and document all activity in the CRM., • Take coaching, role-play regularly, and execute feedback fast to keep improving your close rate and income., • Be reliably in your seat, on time, and engaged for the full shift—this is a professional sales floor, not a remote role. What We Offer • Base pay + commission with strong earning potential: $59,930–$68,864 per year, plus upside for top performers., • All leads provided – in-house, verified warm-transfer leads so you can focus on selling, not prospecting., • Paid training and ongoing one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders., • Daily cash spiffs, contests, and recognition for hitting and exceeding your numbers., • Stable, full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, in-office only., • Career growth opportunities into senior agent, closer, and leadership roles for those who consistently perform. Who We're Looking For • Must be able to work in-office only in Fort Lauderdale (no remote option)., • Competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable on the phone in a high-activity environment., • Extremely coachable – you want feedback, can handle direct conversations, and implement changes quickly., • Strong work ethic: on time every day, full-day effort, and reliable follow-through., • Sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door, or phone sales) is a plus, but not required for the right attitude., • Open to getting licensed in insurance if not already licensed (we will guide you through the process).
