Job DescriptionSalary: $75,000-$100,000+ WHO WE ARE Maaco Mansfield is a top-performing collision repair shop in the DFW market $5.2M in 2025 revenue and 20%+ growth every single year. We have warm inbound leads, Maaco national marketing, and a 10X-backed growth strategy behind us. What we need is the person who converts those leads and stops them from walking out the door to a competitor. That person is our Sales Manager. THE OPPORTUNITY Right now, retail and insurance leads are coming in and not being converted at their full potential. We know it. 10X has confirmed it. With the right person running the sales function, we convert more, retain more, and grow more and that person gets paid directly for every bit of it. This is not an order-taking role. It is a revenue-generating role. You will own lead conversion, build the follow-up system that stops the leak, and lead the front-of-house team that makes the customer experience great. WHAT YOU CAN EARN We pay for performance. Here's the structure: • Base Salary: $75,000 per year guaranteed, set at hire based on experience -Lead Conversion Bonus: paid per converted retail and insurance job specific dollar amount confirmed at offer, based on average RO value and monthly volume targets. The more you close, the more you earn. -Monthly Revenue Bonus: paid when shop revenue exceeds monthly plan structured so a strong month for the shop is a strong month for your paycheck -CSI / Retention Bonus: tied to customer satisfaction scores and repeat business metrics meeting defined thresholds rewarding you for the quality of the conversion, not just the volume -Year-One Target: $75,000 $100,000+ for a strong first-year performer -Ceiling: None. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Lead Conversion Your #1 Priority • Own the retail and insurance lead pipeline from first contact through closed job, • Build and run a disciplined follow-up system no lead goes cold without a documented attempt to convert it, • Track your pipeline, conversion rate, and revenue generated weekly and own the number, • Partner with our Maaco and 10X marketing resources to maximize lead conversion, • Personally handle high-value or complex estimates when the CSR needs support on close Customer Experience What Makes Retention Possible • Ensure every customer interaction from first call through vehicle delivery meets Maaco Mansfield standards, • Own CSI outcomes review scores, close the loop on complaints, drive repeat business and referrals, • Lead, coach, and hold accountable the CSR and Porter who execute the day-to-day experience Fleet and Account Management Maintain and Opportunistically Grow • Serve as the professional point of contact for existing fleet management accounts, • Maintain those relationships reliably responsive, proactive, professional, • Identify new fleet opportunities opportunistically and bring them to ownership fleet growth is a longer-term play, not the core day-one focus Sales Operations Run It Like a Business • Deliver a weekly sales report to the GM: pipeline, close rate, leads received, jobs closed, CSI summary, • Track conversion rate, revenue per lead, and customer retention rate quarterly, • Surface process gaps that reduce conversion or cause revenue to leave the building WHO YOU ARE Competitive and Money-Motivated You keep score. You know your conversion rate, your average RO, and what you produced last month. You want a role where working harder and smarter makes you more money not just earns you a pat on the back. A Closer, Not Just a Greeter You know the difference between a lead and a sold job. You follow up. You handle objections. You make it easy for customers to say yes. When a lead goes cold, you find out why and you fix the process. Organized Under Volume You can manage a pipeline of 30+ active leads without dropping one. You have a system tracked and reviewed daily. You don't manage by memory. A Player-Coach You hold yourself to the standard you set for your team. The CSR and Porter report to you. You develop them, hold them accountable, and build a front-of-house that makes customers want to come back. Direct and Accountable You bring problems to the GM with solutions. You own your numbers. If you missed target, you know why and you have a plan you don't wait to be asked.
