Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance • Enforce absolute compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and local Department of Health regulations., • Guarantee the strict execution of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs)., • Act as the primary point of contact for all external facility audits and government inspections.
