TRS Heating, Air Conditioning, Inc, a local family owned and operated company, is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take charge of HVACR installation projects for light commercial and residential customers across Buffalo and surrounding cities, towns and suburbs. This is a great opportunity for a skilled installer whos ready to lead installations, mentor others, and take pride in top-quality work. What Youll Do: • Serve as the Installation manager on the TRS team, ensuring all HVACR installation jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard., • Manage a variety of HVACR installations independently., • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, suppliers, and other team members., • Identify opportunities for additional services such as indoor air quality upgrades, component replacements, or system add-ons, and refer customers to our sales team when appropriate., • Maintain accurate and timely job documentation and uphold TRSs standards for quality and integrity.What You Bring:, • High school diploma or equivalent, • 5-10+ years of experience installing residential furnaces and air conditioning systems, • Experience with boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters also required, • Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills, • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently, • Must own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges, • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under variable conditions (weather, schedules, customer needs), • Valid clean NYS drivers license and insurability under company policy, • EPA certification preferred (testing assistance available if not certified)Why Join TRS Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Excellence, • Paid Training and ongoing skill development, • MondayFriday schedule with opportunity for overtime, • Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs), • Competitive pay, • Health Insurance, • Company-paid Dental and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) Plan Compensation: $30- $37 / Hour
