Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Senior M&A and Corporate Development Associate. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling and a track record of success in leading complex M&A transactions. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company and contribute to our strategic vision. Responsibilities: • Lead the execution of M&A and corporate development initiatives, including the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and closing of potential deals., • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A and corporate development activities, including valuation, synergy analysis, and deal structuring., • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments., • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations, to ensure successful deal execution and integration., • Prepare and present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors., • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential M&A opportunities and threats., • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field., • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models from scratch., • Proven track record of leading and executing successful M&A transactions., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines., • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to a variety of audiences., • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
