Job Description Job Overview The Overnight Administrator on Duty is responsible for monitoring and improving the services delivered to the children in the Residential Treatment Program during the overnight hours in order to ensure the delivery of safe, structured, enriching and individualized programs for each child in Residential care. The Overnight Administrator on Duty works under the direct supervision of the Director of Residential Services, and in collaboration with program staff to ensure proper implementation of TCI principles, the use of the Sanctuary Model, and to maintain fidelity to the Agency’s mission, vision and Core Values. The Administrator on Duty supervises and provides consultation, guidance, and hands-on support to agency personnel.
