Position Summary • Drive the lifecycle delivery of technology initiatives-from concept through deployment to transition to Operations and ultimately closure., • Establish and/or manage the tracking and reporting of delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams., • Ensure delivery outcomes align to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations., • Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers. Negotiate with Sr. Leaders mitigation plans and manage status reporting., • Support fostering a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues., • Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery status, health, and progress., • Facilitate clear, frequent communication with leadership, business partners, and crossfunctional stakeholders., • Implement and enforce delivery framework standards, including sprint cadence, release processes, quality controls, and reporting requirements., • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, Project/Program management, or related leadership roles., • Have Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-team technology deliveries., • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models., • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills., • Proven ability to influence and lead crossfunctional teams., • Leadership - Inspires, guides, and aligns teams to achieve delivery goals while fostering accountability., • Execution Driven - Maintains strong focus on delivering results, meeting commitments, and driving work to completion with quality and urgency., • Adaptability - Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, environments, and requirements while maintaining momentum and clarity., • Resilient - Remains steady, solutionoriented, and composed in challenging or highpressure situations., • Strong Communication - Communicates clearly and effectively with Technical Teams, Business Partners, and Leadership., • Certifications: PMP, PMIACP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent., • Familiarity with modern SDLC practices, • Medical, dental & vision, • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital, • 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available, • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents), • Short and long-term disability, • Health Spending Account (HSA), • Transportation benefits, • Employee Assistance Program We're partners in transformation.
