Job Description Position Overview The IT Business Analyst Senior provides strategic business analysis services to business partners and IT teams. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to understand business strategy, processes, and requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for SCRUM teams. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Interfaces and collaborates with other IT staff in the design of new programs, processes, projects and software. Assist other participants with analysis, validation, application testing, defect tracking, and training as needed.
