Job Description SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER Why This Role Matters As a Sr. Architectural Project Manager, you will lead both people and projects, oversee multiple assignments while actively participating in marketing efforts to secure favorable outcomes for both CPL and our clients. Reporting directly to a Principal, you will play a key role in business development, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability through the establishment and cultivation of strategic partnerships. What You'll Do • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including leading a team and coordinating with internal/external design team members, specialty consultants, clients, construction managers, contractors and governing agencies, • Lead the preparation of documents by the design team for obtaining required local and state permits, • Suggest new ideas and processes, continuing to learn more about the latest industry developments as they pertain to a given market sector, • Estimate fees and define scopes of work, • Interpret, create and/or redefine CPL’s standards, • Work to build and enhance client relationships What You Bring to the Table Must Haves: • BS (and/or MS) in your field of expertise and at least twelve (12) years of Architectural Project Manager experience, with a track record of developing proactive designs for a broad range of project types in K-12, • Professional licensure (RA), • Ability to foster a creative design environment Nice to Haves: • LEED and/or WELL accreditation What You'll Be Part Of As A Sr. Project Manager, you will be part of a team that is committed to enriching the neighborhoods we live and work in through forward-looking design. The rate for this position generally ranges between $104K- 157K annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. Job Description Department: HR Reporting Manager: HR Director Position Status: Non-Exempt FLSA Level: Varies Revised: 04/04/2025 Position Summary: The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation., • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management., • Assist with the credentialing and privileging process., • Assist with loan repayment program., • Assist with management tracking systems., • Verify work authorization, manage visa applications and maintain accurate records., • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records., • Provides clerical support to the HR department., • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation., • Coordinate with schools and schedule student placement within health center, • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
