Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls with attention to detail, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts and providing accurate information., • Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date and organized records., • Manage general office duties, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence., • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere., • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and special projects., • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring functionality and inventory management., • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed., • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes., • Support senior staff by handling confidential information with discretion., • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements.• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment., • Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with individuals from various backgrounds., • Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly., • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
