Job Description Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field, • 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health case management with children and families, • MUST be Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor (CBHCMS) through the Florida Certification Board, • Wraparound Facilitator and Wraparound Coaching certifications, • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse populations, • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems; able to learn new software quickly, • Demonstrated cultural responsiveness and understanding of trauma-informed care, • Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record, • Ability to transport clients in a personal vehicle as needed, • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends, to meet family needs The Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation and quality of high-fidelity wraparound services for children, youth, and families with complex behavioral health and multi-system involvement. This role provides direct supervision and coaching to Wraparound Coordinators and ensures alignment with Wraparound principles, Medicaid guidelines, and organizational policies. Core responsibilities include oversight of clinical service authorizations and utilization reviews, monitoring care coordination activities, and ensuring timely, compliant documentation. The Wraparound Supervisor leads recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff. They also support workforce credentialing by guiding employees through the Florida Certification Board (FCB) certification process, ensuring staff receive the required supervision hours for Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) status and other relevant credentials. In addition to staff supervision, the Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to all agency policies, procedures, and fidelity measures. This includes leading quality improvement initiatives, promoting cross-system collaboration, and fostering a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, family-centered approach. Wraparound Facilitator Certification, Wraparound Coaching Certification, and FCB CBHCMS credentialing are required for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Staff Supervision & Development, • Provides training, coaching, and feedback to Wraparound staff to ensure they can effectively meet the needs of children and families served., • Supervises staff in accordance with agency guidelines, ensuring accountability while promoting a supportive team culture., • Adjusts staffing schedules and assignments to align with the evolving needs of children and families., • Evaluates new employees after 90 days and conducts annual performance reviews for all supervised staff., • Monitors performance consistently throughout the year and follows disciplinary protocols when necessary., • Participates in the hiring process, selecting candidates who demonstrate the skills and mindset to succeed in wraparound roles., • Program Compliance & Quality Assurance, • Ensures adherence to all program, agency, contractual, and regulatory requirements., • Establishes and maintains program standards that meet or exceed expectations of licensing bodies and funding agencies., • Oversees quality improvement efforts, setting measurable program goals and monitoring progress toward performance benchmarks., • Prepares and submits required reports, data, and documentation in a timely manner, including quarterly deliverables for contracts and grants., • Ensures staff documentation, including billing and authorizations, are completed accurately and in compliance with Medicaid and program standards., • Service Oversight & Monitoring, • Ensures client needs are addressed within wraparound guidelines and that services are delivered promptly and effectively., • Reviews and approves client authorizations to ensure timely access to care and continuity of services., • Monitors staff productivity regularly and provides monthly performance updates to the Program Director., • Professionalism & Representation, • Models professional behavior, communication, and appearance at all times., • Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, state laws, and agency policy., • Maintains respectful, culturally responsive relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners in both in-person and through electronic interactions., • Leadership & Organizational Skills, • Demonstrate strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills., • Manages time effectively, meets deadlines, and works independently while supporting the team., • Assists with program planning, operational improvements, and special projects as assigned., • Family Engagement & Cultural Competence, • Works flexible hours as needed to meet family needs, including evenings and weekends., • Demonstrates sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic diversity of the families served., • Upholds a strong commitment to child safety, family stability, and trauma-informed care., • Additional Responsibilities Must be able to see, hear, and communicate effectively. Requires the physical ability to complete Crisis Prevention training, including bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting to support client and staff safety.
