Job Summary The Systems Technician provides Tier 1 technical support for all end users, ensuring reliable operation of workstations, printers, and business applications. This role resolves common issues, documents all work, and escalates more complex problems to senior IT staff. Responsibilities • Provide front-line support for hardware, software, network, and user-access issues., • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets within SLA timelines., • Set up, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and peripherals., • Support printers, scanners, and basic network troubleshooting., • Document all work clearly and accurately in FreshService., • Escalate advanced or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or senior IT staff., • Assist with basic deployments, workstation upgrades, and department projects as directed., • Follow IT Security, safety, and organizational policies at all times., • Complies with and assists other employees in understanding and complying with TAB's policies and procedures., • Behaves in accordance with the key behaviors aligned with TAB's Core Values of Leadership, Integrity, Growth & Innovation, Heart and Teamwork (LIGHT)., • Other duties as assigned The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.
