Job Description SUMMARY The URM (Unaccompanied Refugee Minor) Case Aide provides support services that help URM foster children placed in LFSRM (Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains) foster homes adjust to life in the United States. The URM Case Aide helps clients meet immediate and ongoing needs and works with the youth's team in implementing treatment plans in adherence with federal, state and county guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Serves as an advocate and resource for clients and provides equal treatment to all client groups in accordance with the agency's commitment to the dignity of all persons., • Supports the Caseworkers in providing or setting up comprehensive services for clients to include but not limited to: therapeutic, health, educational, cross- cultural and other pertinent resources for each case.
