Job Description Role Overview The AI Program Lead is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering enterprise process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, expand margins, and reduce costs. This role ensures that AI and automation initiatives are tightly aligned to strategic priorities, supported by rigorous business cases, and executed with accountability for financial results. Serving as a bridge between strategy and execution, the role translates operational and commercial challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions. The AI Program Lead establishes disciplined intake, prioritization, and governance practices to ensure initiatives move beyond experimentation to sustained value creation across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Value Identification & Business Case Development • Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and performance gaps, • Evaluate improvement opportunities based on financial impact, scalability, risk, and strategic alignment, • Quantify expected benefits, including productivity gains, margin expansion, cost reduction, cycle-time improvement, and accuracy enhancements, • Partner with Finance and Growth leaders to develop, validate, and track business cases and ROI, • Establish and manage a structured intake and prioritization framework to ensure initiatives align with enterprise goals, • Lead structured discovery sessions and workshops to help business teams articulate problems, define outcomes, and identify viable solutions, • Educate stakeholders on practical use cases, limitations, and responsible application of advanced tools, • Oversee the development and evaluation of pilots and proofs of value using internal and external resources, • Assess solution options through cost-benefit analysis, scalability considerations, and operational fit, • Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for business and executive stakeholders, • Partner with Technology and Operations leaders to ensure platforms and tools support business priorities and long-term value realization, • Promote standardization, reuse, and scalability across initiatives to avoid fragmentation, • Provide oversight from initiative approval through implementation and enterprise rollout, • Define KPIs and track realized benefits to ensure projected value is achieved and sustained, • Support adoption through training, communication, and change management efforts, • Establish governance standards to ensure appropriate, secure, and compliant use of advanced tools, • Partner with IT, Legal, and Risk teams to align initiatives with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, • Proven experience analyzing business processes and delivering measurable operational and financial improvements, • Demonstrated ability to build business cases and manage initiatives with clear ROI accountability, • Experience partnering with Finance, Operations, and senior business leaders, • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, • Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, automation, or optimization programs, • Background in program management, operations transformation, or continuous improvement, • Experience operating in regulated or data-sensitive environments, • Experience evaluating vendors, platforms, or solution pilots, • Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies, • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, • Wellness program, • Flexible Spending Accounts, • Company-matching 401k contributions, • Paid time off for vacation, holidays, medical, and volunteering, • Paid parental leave, • Training and educational assistance, • Support programs, including Employee Assistance Program and Calm Health, • Optional benefits including short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and pet insurance, • Most importantly, a caring team who is dedicated to your success!
