Job Description Primary Purpose The Registered Nurse Resource Team provides comprehensive nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies, procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. The RN Clinical Nurse/RT assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. The Registered Nurse Resource Team maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served. Must be available to provide nursing services in all patient care areas of expertise and knowledge, at all elected facilities. A registered nurse's practice is guided by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements. Certification / License Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license approved by the Georgia Licensing Board for GA locations and Alabama Licensing Board for AL locations. BLS required. ACLS required. Work Experience Patient Population Served Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
