In this critical role, you will ensure IDEA compliance and oversee federal program requirements while supporting campuses with consistent procedures, documentation systems, and training. Reporting directly to the CEO (or designee), you will focus approximately 70% on Special Education compliance and 30% on Federal Programs compliance (Title II, Title III, Title IV). Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred., • 3 years minimum of previous experience in a safety-related role (required), • OSHA 10 – Basic safety and health hazard awareness in construction (required), • OSHA 30 – Comprehensive safety training for supervisors and workers with safety responsibilities in construction (required), • OSHA 500 - Authorized to teach OSHA 10 and 30-hour courses in construction safety and health (preferred – must at least be eligible to obtain), • Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification – Demonstrates a solid understanding of safety principles and practices (preferred), • Experience with safety program development and implementation., • Experience with safety audit processes and incident investigation., • Knowledge of hazard assessments and risk control measures.
