Duties include but are not limited to: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, • Manage and train kitchen team members, • Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency, • Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials, • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed, • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, • Monitor kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and productivity, • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques, • Excellent organizational and time management skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, • Strong leadership and team management abilities
