Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working in alignment with system-level nursing leadership, this role ensures high standards in patient care, regulatory compliance, workforce engagement, and operational efficiency. This position requires an experienced healthcare leader with prior CNO experience, a strong background in complex hospital environments, and a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale clinical and organizational transformation initiatives.
