American Traveler is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 05/04/2026, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 10 hours, days, • Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview • Shift: Days, 4x10hrs, • Hours: 40 hrs/wk, • Start Date: May 4, 2026, • Length: 13 weeks, • Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a 356-bed non-profit academic medical center and tertiary care facility affiliated with a medical school, • Inpatient, outpatient, and adult ICU patient populations, • Procedures include stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephrograms, peripheral and vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, abdominal and pelvic studies, upper/lower extremity studies, biopsies, and drainages, • Equipment used includes PACS, C-arm, contrast injector systems (ACIST preferred), pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, and snare kits, • EMR: Epic (experience required), • 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, • Call is assigned an average of 10 days per month, including at least one weekend, • No floating requiredRequirements, • Minimum of 2 years of IR Tech experience, • Current BLS and ARRT certification, • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, and adult ICU settings required, • Proficiency with PACS, C-arm, contrast administration, and biopsies required, • Experience deploying pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, and snare kits required, • Epic EMR experience required, • Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible, • License required if applicable, • 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for considerationAdditional Information, • First-time travelers are welcome to apply, • Scrubs are provided, • Onsite parking available at no cost, • Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application; additional requests after confirmation are at the manager's discretion With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
