Responsibilities: * Review project documents to assess scope, feasibility, and bid strategy * Develop conceptual and detailed estimates across multiple project phases * Perform accurate quantity take-offs using software such as Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff * Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids * Lead internal estimate reviews and prepare executive summaries for leadership * Present estimates and value engineering options to clients and stakeholders * Support handoff processes to project management and operations teams * Monitor awarded projects to assess estimate performance and identify improvements Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating, ideally within commercial, institutional, or industrial sectors * In-depth knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction methodologies * Proficient in estimating tools such as Electrical Bid Manager and On-Screen Takeoff * Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail * Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment * Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences * Familiarity with Bluebeam, Excel, and platforms like Procore (preferred) Salary: $120,000–$130,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses Location: Phoenix, AZ – In-office role with occasional local travel as required Benefits: * Full medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) with company match * Generous PTO * Opportunities for professional development and mentorship
