Job Description We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney with a minimum of 2 years of relevant civil litigation experience to assist our small legal team manage both civil and business litigation matters from our Little Italy offices in San Diego, CA. The position will involve working directly with our small litigation team to support a growing caseload. The right candidate will spend a majority of their time supporting the entire litigation process including performing detailed legal research, drafting initial case assessments and legal memos, drafting initial complaints, drafting and responding to written discovery, aiding in trial preparation, and generally drafting and assisting with motion work. QUALIFICATIONS * Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school * Active member in good standing with the California Bar * 2+ years of direct experience in civil litigation * Employment, Real Estate and/or Commercial Litigation Experience a plus * Must have strong research and writing skills and basic knowledge of California and Federal procedure * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Detail-oriented and self-organized * Strong oral and written communication skills * Enjoy legal research, motion work, the discovery process and the nuances of litigation * Ability to manage multiple types of cases and dynamic deadlines * Full competence with most types of motion work * Experience taking depositions is a plus but not necessary; physical trial experience a plus (but not necessary) * Basic competency with Westlaw; a passion for legal research and motion work a plus * Prefer the MAC operating systems rather than Windows (not required) * Dependable transportation to/from the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego * Openness to work both in the Little Italy office and remotely, as based on weekly projects and support needed * The right candidate is motivated, accountable, dependable, passionate, yet flexible Full time positions include PPO health insurance, dental, life, long term disability, vision and retirement benefits as well as gym membership (FIT). Job Description Eyewear Product Developer Location: San Diego, CA Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer Salary Range: $95,000 to $120,000 Overview We are seeking a hands-on eyewear Product Developer to help design, develop, and refine new eyewear products from concept through launch. This role is execution focused but highly collaborative. The ideal candidate combines strong technical product development skills with commercial awareness and an understanding of market trends and customer needs. You will work cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and suppliers to bring high-quality, margin-conscious products to life. Key Responsibilities Product Design and Development Develop new products and improve existing ones based on customer insights, data, and company strategy. Translate design intent into manufacturable, scalable products. Research and Innovation Identify emerging materials, technologies, and trends that can differentiate our products in the market. Prototyping and Testing Create, source, and evaluate prototypes. Ensure functionality, fit, durability, and cost targets are met. Iterate quickly and thoughtfully. Supplier and Vendor Coordination Partner with domestic and international suppliers. Evaluate samples, negotiate revisions, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and sales to ensure product development aligns with go to market strategy. Project Management Manage timelines, milestones, and development calendars to ensure successful launches. Documentation and Reporting Maintain clear documentation of specifications, revisions, costing, and development status. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in product development or consumer product design. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Experience working with overseas suppliers. Proficiency in relevant design tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
