Job Description Compliance Administrator – Garden Savings Federal Credit Union Parsippany, NJ | Full-Time Garden Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to support our BSA/AML/OFAC program and ensure ongoing adherence to federal and state regulations. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist with administration of the Credit Union’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program. Monitor activity in Verafin to identify unusual or suspicious behavior; prepare and file SARs and CTRs. Review OFAC hits, wire alerts, and large cash transactions. Manage FinCEN 314A and 314B processes. Support NCUA exams, audits, and compliance reviews. Review business membership applications and member complaints. Maintain and update Truth in Savings disclosures. Stay current on regulatory changes and assist in staff training. Skills and Requirements: College Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience. 4-7 years of financial institution with compliance, BSA, AML and OFAC experience is required. Certification by a recognized professional accredited body (NCCO or CAMS) required. Strong written and verbal communication, and organization skills. Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Good computer skills in Microsoft (MS Office) environment and all job-related software programs. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Professional office environment with moderate sound. Flexibility to work during Credit Union hours, after-hours, and weekends when required. Ability to move around the building as well as travel to other branches, off-site training, and/or meetings as needed. Ability to use office equipment such as computer, telephone, copier, stamp machine, etc. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Vision corrected to within normal limits. Ability to listen, hear, and understand to assist members by phone.
