The Supply Chain Supervisor role requires working knowledge and experience of at least two Supply Chain departmental areas, either through direct supervision of multiple functions or by expanding responsibilities from one area to additional areas at AlloSource (Distribution; Inventory Management, Materials Warehouse) The Supply Chain Supervisor will ensure efficient and effective inventory storage, accurate flow of materials and tissue across the organization, accuracy of inventory records, and compliance to established material and tissue storage requirements. This position will collaborate cross functionally for continuous improvement opportunities and projects that impact materials and/or tissue inventory. The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for personnel management to include recruiting, training, coaching, developing and retaining a high performing team. Anticipated Application Deadline: February 13, 2026 Pay: $72,419/yr. - $86,250/yr. based upon relevant years of experience Shift: Monday-Thursday; 3:30pm – 2:00am Shift Differential: $333.33 per month Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance - Click link for more benefits details: 2025 AlloSource Employee Benefits Summary Location: 6278 S Troy Circle Centennial, Colorado 80111 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (2 or more of the following): Materials Warehouse Management • Manage receiving, put away, warehousing, picking and core replenishment by initiating, coordinating, and ensuring compliance with operational and personnel policies and procedures, • Maintain physical condition and optimal utilization of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, • Manage the daily receiving activities to ensure accurate and optimal methods are used in receiving inventory and put away is accurate and timely; unload inbound shipments and use scan guns to receive materials and donor tissue., • Manage all inbound receiving inspection activities and documentation as defined by Quality; coordinate with QA in the reconciliation of quality issues, • Complies with federal, OSHA, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions., • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols, • Ensure assigned forklifts, vehicles, order picking equipment are always kept safely operating and in good working condition., • Ensure proper and timely execution of FIFO or FEFO as appropriate and expiration management. Lead continuous process improvement activities to improve material and/or tissue flow and inventory accuracy., • Establish and monitor inventory and warehouse performance measures, • Assist in the development of the annual department budget and controlling budget expenses, • Support budgetary needs for projects and departmental capital, • Support efforts with other departments to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop solutions that improve ability to manage fulfillment operations, • Control costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage space, and proper protection of stored material Inventory Management • Manage the cycle count program to promote inventory accuracy throughout Supply Chain. Oversee count activities; reconcile variances; conduct root cause analyses and corrective action development; reconcile with all inventory systems; coordinate with Accounting., • Develop and implement strategies to maintain accurate inventory and achieve cost objectives., • Enforce proper inventory procedures and ensure timely transactions by personnel including scrap, obsolete and expired material/inventory., • Manage flow of inventory within all warehouses, including donor receipt, Awaiting Eligibility, Eligible, WIP and RMA’s., • Conduct regular physical counts of all inventory in warehouses and Core and prepare and submit reports to management and various departments; supervise and organize annual inventory., • Support and assist with communication with Operations regarding feedback, issues, best practices and progress, • Ensure proper and timely execution of FIFO or FEFO as appropriate and expiration management., • Oversee proper use of ERP and other technologies to maintain accuracy of inventory and inventory production activities., • Communicate inventory best practices to staff., • Ensure the physical safety of inventory. Distribution Management • Supervise Distribution and shipping personnel., • Apply a working understanding of all Distribution responsibilities to lead and assist productivity on a daily basis., • Supervise routine inventory cycle counts for Finished Goods to accurately maintain and ensure complete traceability of inventory., • Responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting for distribution., • Oversee the investigation and resolution of issues relating to department responsibilities to meet organizational objectives., • Work internally with cross functional teams to drive final throughput by identifying, initiating, implementing, and managing process improvements., • Lead for results by tracking and trending productivity measures and department metrics to ensure priorities are being met., • Work internally and cross functionally to ensure effective prioritization., • Ensure all established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and corporate policies are followed at all times. Updates to SOP/WI as needed, • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies. Workforce Management • Responsible for providing leadership and directing the daily activities of personnel., • Supervise the overall cleanliness of the work area(s)., • Assign and schedule staff based on daily/weekly priorities to ensure maximum productivity is reached., • Manage time and attendance, provide coaching and timely performance feedback to promote growth and development of staff., • Work cross functionally to ensure all functions align with production schedules., • Develop, conduct and maintain training program for personnel including cross training., • Implement and report daily KPI’s., • Maintain appropriate staffing levels needs by recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training employees., • Promote a culture consistent with the AlloSource cultural beliefs., • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies., • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree, • In lieu of degree, 5 years’ related work experience, • 3 years’ experience overseeing Distribution and/or Inventory Management and/or Materials Warehouse personnel within a procedural based or FDA regulated environment, • 6 months’ experience utilizing ERP systems, • Knowledge and experience with methods for process re-engineering, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, • Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension), • Must maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history* to operate Company-owned vehicles.
