Job Description Job Summary:The Energy & Utilities Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining stability, availability, and performance of GIS and utility field operations systems during a highly complex transformation to the Utility Network. This role provides application support, troubleshooting, system administration, and integration for GIS, Work Management, and Mobile Data systems to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable electric and gas services. The analyst works closely with IT infrastructure, database, and business teams to support enterprise applications and minimize system disruptions. Key Responsibilities: • Support Work Management (ARM) systems to ensure safe, reliable electric and gas service delivery, • Support Utility Field Operations Applications including GIS, WMIS, and Mobile Data Systems (MDS), • Install, configure, test, implement, and patch applications in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments, • Troubleshoot application and system issues and provide timely resolutions, • Design, develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise applications to meet business needs, • Develop functional and technical design documents based on business process flows, • Promote code and configuration from lower environments to Production with team support, • Provide end-user application support for Electric and Gas business areas, • Coordinate with Infrastructure teams on server builds, OS patching, tuning, and health monitoring, • Work with Database Administrators on backups, patches, refreshes, and schema changes, • Integrate GIS, WMIS, and MDS applications with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, OMS), • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete assigned tasks, • Assist team members with operational support and improvement initiatives, • Participate in on-call rotation to support a 24/7 environment and after-hours needs, • Schneider Electric software systems (ArcFM suite), • Strong understanding of GIS from an application support perspective, • Utilities industry experience (electric and gas), • Enterprise application support and troubleshooting, • Windows, Linux/UNIX, and Citrix environments, • System installation, configuration, and patching, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment, • ESRI ArcGIS technologies (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Server, Portal, Dashboards), • Schneider Electric ArcFM products (Designer, Mobile, Web, Utility Network), • CGI ARM Work Management System, • ABB Service Suite for Field Mobility Operations, • SAP / ERP system integration, • Mobile and/or web application development experience, • Citrix administration, • Scripting (Windows, UNIX Shell, Python), • Oracle PL/SQL, ArcGIS SDE Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
