Job Description Job Summary: Provide the best customer service possible in a positive and professional manner, by providing clinics with information on promotions, pricing, product updates, answers to questions and speedy resolution of their concerns and problems. Essential Job Functions: • Take orders for products over the phone from our Veterinary customers, field sales representatives and manufacturer representatives and enter them into the system, cross-selling and upselling utilizing the Business Builder format provided. Review all internet orders for product and promotions and upsell opportunities., • Make outbound calls to clinics in an effort to solicit orders and provide information related to new products and promotions utilizing the Business Builder categories format to cross-sell and upsell. Prospect new clients and reactivating accounts from lists provided and update all necessary paperwork., • Resolve unique demands to include: problem solving, completion of paperwork for credits, call tags for returns, price quotes, special orders, address change requests and sales blitz tallies, DEA certificates and state licenses., • Read, understand and organize mail, fax and emails and listen to voice mail correspondence received from internal and external customers as they relate to products, promotions and procedures., • Complete research as a result of clinic inquiries and fax or mail product information as requested. Attend requested meetings, webinars conference calls for training purposes., • Completes other duties, assignments and special projects as requested. Job Description Brilliant Earth - Assistant Store Manager - King of Prussia, PA Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager for our King of Prussia, PA location will build, lead and mentor a team of dedicated Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants, and Jewelry Consultants responsible for delivering exceptional service to Brilliant Earth customers. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment and management of a Customer Experience team in a fast-paced environment, focused on achieving sales targets, team KPIs, and providing a luxury experience to all customers., • Maintain an efficient and highly functional showroom and office, ensuring that the team is meeting a high standard of customer service., • Create memorable and personalized experiences for Brilliant Earth customers by guiding customers through purchasing decisions, such as diamond options and custom designs., • Respond to customer inquiries over phone, email and live chat, and ensure that high standards are upheld by the team., • Conduct in-person customer appointments to present jewelry in our private showroom, creating a truly personalized experience in a luxury goods environment., • Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives, policies and procedures., • Problem-solve customer experience escalations, in partnership with operations and customer care, ensuring the best possible experience for all customers., • Partner with Workforce Operations Analysts to create and maintain a team schedule to provide coverage for all necessary duties and appointments., • Maintain a luxury environment in the showroom and uphold visual merchandising standards, including planogram maintenance and updates, seasonal roll-outs, decor and signage maintenance and regular visual merchandising reviews., • Must have experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales, store leadership or keyholder experience a plus, • Must demonstrate a proven track record of recruiting and growing high-performing and accountable teams, • BA degree or equivalent preferred, • A true passion for helping people and creating positive customer service experiences, • Highly organized with focus on execution, problem-solving, and improving processes, • Motivated self-starter with high efficiency work style, while maintaining attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment, • Exceptional time management skills and accountability, • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve business goals, • Robust CRM software experience, • Entrepreneurial spirit / self-starter, • Commitment to respect and inclusion in the workplace At Brilliant Earth, we’re passionate about the employee experience. Job Description Position Summary The Deputy Director for Policy, Planning, and Performance reports directly to the Executive Director and is a senior leader responsible for driving the agency’s strategic initiatives, performance management, and public accountability. This role plays a critical part in expanding permanent supportive housing, ending street homelessness, enhancing provider collaboration, and developing transparent, community-centered systems. OHS is the Collaborative Applicant for the Philadelphia Continuum of Care, and is located within the Health and Human Services Cabinet, which includes the Departments of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS), Human Services (DHS), Mayor’s Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity, and Public Health (DPH). The Deputy will be a part of the executive leadership team which consists of the Executive Director, Chief of Staff, Deputy Director of Housing, and Deputy Director of Finance, Contracts, and Asset Management. It provides administrative coordination, leadership and management analysis, facilitation and review on behalf of the department with other City operating departments, community agencies, state and federal representatives and the public. Essential Functions Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Policy Leadership • Lead the development, monitoring and reporting of the OHS Strategic, • Design and update policies aligned with Housing First principles, racial equity, and other evidence-based best practices., • Oversee the design and implementation of agency-wide performance measures and dashboards tied to housing outcomes, racial equity, and system flow., • Develop systems and processes to make OHS data, policies, funding decisions, and performance outcomes transparent and accessible to the public and community stakeholders., • Serve as a strategic liaison to the provider community, fostering strong, solutions-driven partnerships., • Lead engagement activities including advisory groups, forums, and public input sessions to inform OHS planning and policy., • Oversee the CoC collaborative applicant responsibilities and manage all HUD CoC regulatory compliance requirements., • Serve as the primary liaison to the CoC Board, ensuring alignment between Board priorities and OHS initiatives., • Source, secure, and manage federal, state, local, and private funding opportunities to expand resources for homelessness services and housing., • Strengthen partnerships across behavioral health, housing, healthcare, criminal justice, and workforce sectors to drive system-wide solutions., • Manage high-priority projects that operationalize OHS’s strategic goals, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
