Job Description Maintenance Mechanic / Warehouse Assistant Manager Location: Denver, CO Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexibility required) Pay Range: $25 – $32/hour + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)) Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: Procurement Manager Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic / Warehouse Assistant Manager to support company operations through equipment maintenance, fleet service, inventory control, and jobsite logistics. This is a critical operations role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to balance shop work with warehouse leadership and delivery coordination. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who can repair pressure washers, paint sprayers, variety of tools. Must have this experience! Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Mechanical Operations • Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain company equipment and tools, including saws, compressors, pressure washers, sprayers, sanding equipment, and other jobsite machinery, • Prepare, inspect, and stage equipment for jobsite deployment, • Manage fleet compliance including registration, licensing, emissions testing, and safety inspections, • Maintain detailed service logs, parts tracking, and preventive maintenance schedules, • Respond to emergency repairs and breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime, • Partner with Safety and Operations teams to ensure OSHA compliance Warehouse & Logistics Operations • Pull, verify, stage, and load jobsite material orders, • Manage inbound/outbound material tracking and jobsite transfers, • Track tools using asset management systems and ensure full job close-out returns, • Coordinate jobsite deliveries and pickups, • Maintain warehouse, yard, and office cleanliness and organization, • Assist with inventory management, materials flow, and warehouse logistics Leadership & Operations Support • Serve as backup to Warehouse Manager when needed, • Coordinate drivers, deliveries, scheduling, and workflow, • Assist with labor planning, absence approvals, and team direction, • Support reporting, documentation, and operations coordination Qualifications Required • High School Diploma or GED, • 2+ years of mechanical, equipment maintenance, or automotive repair experience, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability, • Experience with power tools, shop equipment, and jobsite machinery, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance), • Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility, • Comfortable working in warehouse, yard, and shop environments, • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, smartphone apps) Preferred • Fleet maintenance experience, • Warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience, • OSHA 10 Certification, • Forklift experience Work Environment • Warehouse, shop, office, and outdoor yard settings, • Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and mechanical hazards, • Safety-focused, team-driven environmentCompany DescriptionHelping companies sustain their highest level of workforce productivity.Helping companies sustain their highest level of workforce productivity.
