Job Description The purpose of the Sales Assistant is to ensure a great client experience while creating client advocates. The Sales Assistant assists the Sales Consultants through the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results, while not actually closing the sale. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist showroom sales consultants and sales managers in sales functions Help with out-of-town deliveries, ensuring a successful, completely satisfied orientation experience (including touching up cleanliness, topping off fuel, answering product / technology questions, presenting with a luxury gift Assist sales management in monitoring client traffic on the Lincoln new and pre-owned showroom, looking for people in need of assistance and jumping in to welcome them. Assist Internet coordinator with photographing unique vehicles for eBay listings Proficient in-vehicle technology, be available most Saturday mornings for customers arriving with technology questions As assigned by sales management make follow-up phone calls / e-mails to recent sales customers to ensure complete client satisfaction. Summary of Position The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to the individual/child’s in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care and ongoing physician’s orders. Responsibilities • Maintains compliance with the standards of nursing practice and delegation., • Assist with the development and the recertification of a minor's plan of care., • Provides nursing interventions that include but not limited to parental training, information, and education to increase a parent's confidence and competence in caring for a minor., • Coordinates services with other services and health care providers., • Monitors the ongoing physical and developmental growth of a minor., • Having knowledge of access to available community resources., • Participating in the IDT and in the IDT meetings regarding a minor's plan of care and progress., • Administers medication, intravenous infusions, parenteral feeding, and other specialized treatments; monitoring and documenting the effect of medications, therapies, and progress in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice., • Communicates findings or changes in clinical condition to the PPECC Director of Nursing/Administrator., • Supervises and delegates tasks to the center's direct care staff within their scope of practice., • Delivers competent and quality care in compliance with the individuals’ Plan of Care and ongoing physician orders., • On-going observation and assessment of the individual's condition and needs., • Takes appropriate action based on patient assessment., • Documents all child/individual's care actions in an official record in response to medical needs (EMR), • Identifies in writing child/individual's responses to treatment, specifically those that are unusual or unexpected., • Monitors and interprets vital signs., • Administers medication and evaluates the child/individual’s response to treatment., • Prepares and administers feedings, as appropriate., • Administers respiratory treatments (oxygen therapy, CPT, oral/nasal and trach suctioning, and pulse oximetry)., • Provides personal hygiene assistance., • Monitors child/individual's I and O., • Assists, collaborates with the interdisciplinary health team with the development of a child/individual's plan of care., • Develops child/individual's goals and desired outcomes., • Establishes child/individual's care that is consistent with the medical plan provided by the physician., • Collaborate in the identification of child/individual's needs or problems., • Reinforces child/individual's and family education for care of the child/individual., • Intervenes as appropriate to prevent or reduce child/individual injury., • Provides interventions to foster normal development and psychosocial adaptation., • Maintains privacy and supports the rights of children/individuals and their families related to their care., • Communicates effectively with the family and company staff to provide appropriate children/individual's information relevant to medical care., • Works in a collaborative manner with other health care personnel., • Provides information regarding availability and access to community resources., • Acts in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act while complying with company standards and guidelines., • Performs work in line with company mission and values., • Maintains appropriate professional credentials and accepts responsibility for professional development., • Completes all mandatory educational in-services upon hire, monthly and annually. Each employee is enrolled in the Company’s Electronic Learning Management System., • Transportation:, • Acts as a licensed medical escort to ensure the safe transportation of the child when assigned to the transportation vehicle., • Conducts sound assessments and utilizes appropriate established guidelines; and, • Renders emergency medical care to children and infants based on assessment findings., • Performs other duties as assigned., • Valid Nursing License in Texas with no disciplinary action, • Must meet one of the following requirements., • (A) one year of pediatric specialty experience with emphasis on medically and technologically dependent minors, obtained within the previous five years; or, • (B) sufficient skills to meet the competency and training requirements as determined by the State of Texas, • Ability to stand, lift or assist in lifting an individual in an emergency., • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and demonstrate flexibility to meet the care needs of the individual., • Must be able to see with visual and listen with hearing acuity., • Must have strength and manual dexterity, including grasping and manipulating small objects, to operate medical equipment appropriately., • Must be able to respond in an emergency.
