Job Description Salary: $200-$240K Other Forms of Compensation: $110K Yearly RVP Bonus Potential The National Vice President, Facilities Management & Strategic Growth is a senior executive leader responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and client partnership initiatives across Crothall Healthcare’s Facilities Management business. This highly visible leader serves as one of the organization’s primary representatives to clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders, helping position Crothall as the market leader in healthcare support services. Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, this role plays a critical role in business development, client retention, and growth strategy. The National Vice President is a key participant in executive-level sales pursuits, RFP presentations, solution development, and strategic client engagements, while also providing leadership for Safety & Compliance, talent development, and organizational capability. The successful candidate is a strategic thinker, decisive leader, and trusted advisor who combines strong financial acumen, executive presence, and relationship-building skills with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Market Leadership • Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to drive national growth strategies and business development initiatives., • Serve as a lead executive representative during client presentations, RFP pursuits, and strategic sales opportunities., • Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare executives, prospective clients, and key industry stakeholders., • Drive client retention, organic growth, and market expansion through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships., • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities that enhance Crothall’s competitive position and long-term growth. Operations, Compliance & Performance • Provide strategic leadership for Facilities Management operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement., • Oversee Safety & Compliance functions, including regulatory readiness, Environment of Care, Life Safety, and healthcare compliance requirements., • Support new business transitions, operational integrations, and organizational transformation initiatives., • Champion a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and performance. Financial & Business Leadership • Maintain accountability for business performance, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency., • Support pricing strategies, contract performance, forecasting, and growth opportunity evaluation., • Leverage financial insights to drive informed decision-making and sustainable business growth. Talent & Organizational Development • Lead leadership development, succession planning, and bench-strength initiatives across the Facilities Management organization., • Coach and develop future leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement., • Partner with cross-functional leaders to strengthen organizational capability and support strategic objectives. Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required., • Master’s degree preferred. Experience • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities management, healthcare support services, or related industries., • Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations, strategic growth initiatives, and executive client relationships., • Experience supporting business development efforts, RFP processes, and executive-level presentations., • Strong financial acumen with experience managing business performance, budgets, and profitability., • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead organizational change in complex environments.
