About the Role Restaurant Brands Europe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and definition of the strategic agenda to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning. This role combines strategic vision, market analysis, and creativity to ensure every initiative reinforces our value proposition. You will work closely with local marketing directors, operations, innovation, content and media teams, and external agencies to develop strategies and maintain brand consistency. This position reports directly to the Brands Director. What You’ll Do Lead annual planning process: Coordinating local and regional teams to develop comprehensive plans for Spain, Portugal, and Italy aligned with business objectives. Work closely with consumer insights and business units to identify risks and opportunities and define initiatives accordingly. Lead brand strategy identifying key initiatives and lead transversal teams to work on winning proposals: brand repositioning, creative briefs, visual identity, brand territories, specific plans for key targets. Manage branding consistency: Ensure alignment across all touchpoints and be a consultant on the creative materials developed by business units. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies: Coordinate stakeholders to guarantee flawless execution. Report to leadership: Present insights and strategic recommendations to country managers and marketing directors. Stay ahead of trends: Monitor QSR industry developments and emerging digital marketing opportunities. What We’re Looking For Experience: 8+ years in strategic marketing, branding, or brand management (QSR, FMCG, or services). Analytical and creative mindset: Ability to turn data into actionable insights. Omnichannel expertise desired: Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across offline and digital platforms. Stakeholder management: Skilled in coordinating internal teams and external agencies. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese or Italian is a plus). Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
