Preparar la documentación para despidos o fin de periodos de prueba. Calcular finiquitos y realizar entrevistas de salida. Elaborar nóminas mensuales (incluyendo variables). Gestionar los seguros sociales y CRA. Presentar los modelos 111 trimestrales y 190 anual. Gestionar embargos salariales y aplicar bonificaciones. Coordinar trámites con TGSS, AEAT y otros organismos. Analizar el impacto de bajas IT, bonus y propinas. Proponer estrategias para optimizar costes laborales. Condiciones: Incorporación inmediata. Contrato indefinido con 6 meses de prueba. Objetivo: Eres una pieza fundamental para nosotros ya que serás responsable de realizar la auditoría nocturna diaria de todos los puntos de venta así como de atender las peticiones de nuestros/as huéspedes. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Auditar, preparar y verificar los informes estadísticos necesarios para el equipo directivo donde se reflejen los datos necesarios para preparar nuevas estrategias a seguir según el rendimiento.
