Reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is responsible for managing the recruitment processes to attract the best talent for the company, ensuring the effective control and reporting of key performance indicators related to recruitment and supporting Employer Branding and HR projects. 📍 The selected person may be based in our office of Mutxamel, Alicante. 📝 Main responsabilities • Use a variety of methods to identify and attract potential candidates. These include posting job adverts, searching job boards and databases, attending job fairs, and networking., • Attracts interest in the company's vacancies and building a talent pool by promoting the organization as an employer to potential candidates., • Assess candidate information, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, in-person, and remote interviews, by assessing their resumes, portfolios and contact details., • Manage both active and passive candidates lists to ensure qualified applicants remain engaged in current or future opportunities., • Understand organisational structure, personnel policies, and local and national laws regarding employment practices., • Complete timely analytics and reports on recruitment activities. Track and report key performance indicators for managed recruitment processes., • Proactively identifies candidates and acts as a liaison to create a network with external providers for HR services, schools, colleges, and universities., • Participate in cross-functional HR projects to drive organizational goals. 🔎 Core capabilities • Emotional Intelligence to understand and respond to the needs and motivations of candidates., • Ability to negotiate which is essential to achieve a win-win situation., • Relationship-building capability to maintain a positive rapport with applicants and hiring managers., • Being able to manage time while conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, coordinating the hiring process with candidates and managers., • Good level of English. 🖊️ Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field., • Master's degree In HR Management will be positively considered., • Additional certifications in recruitment or sourcing are advantageous. 💼 Required experience • 1-3 years proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer, HR Recruiter, or similar role., • Previous experience in the aviation industry will be a plus., • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)., • Experience conducting interviews in English is highly valued.
