About the Role We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our real estate portfolio and retail expansion activities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in real estate operations, working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to landlord relations, market analysis, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Support the management of relationships with landlords and stakeholders, handling day-to-day communication and follow-ups. Assist in the coordination between the central operational teams and the local teams. Support the rollout of commercial strategy and brand adaptation across our shopping centers, including coordination of on-site details and documentation. Assist in tracking marketing and operational budgets including data entry, invoice tracking, and basic reporting. Provide administrative and logistical support to expansion projects, coordinating with legal, marketing, and design/construction teams as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on partner engagement and portfolio status for the team. Maintain organized records and documentation related to properties, contracts, and ongoing projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Business Management, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in real estate, retail, operations, or a related area (internship experience valued). Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of budgets and financial tracking. Good communication skills, comfortable liaising with external partners. Proficiency in Excel and general office tools. Availability for occasional travel.
