Our values: Passion, Innovation, Respect, Reliability and Teamwork In this context, we are looking for a dynamic & rigorous Brand Content, Social Media, PR & Influence Coordinator in apprenticeship (1 year) to start in September 2026. The position is based in Paris (75008). About the Role As part of the Global Communication team at GIVE BACK BEAUTY, you will support the development and execution of communication, social media, PR, influence, and content initiatives across a portfolio of prestigious fragrance brands including ELIE SAAB, CHOPARD, ZEGNA, MERCEDES-BENZ, MAYBACH, PHILIPP PLEIN, and more. Reporting to the International Communication Director and working closely with Brand Directors, the Digital team, trade marketing teams and external agencies, and international markets, you will contribute to bringing our brands to life through compelling storytelling, influencer activations, events, and social-first content. Key Responsibilities Content & Social Media • Support the development and implementation of social media and content strategies across the luxury fragrance portfolio., • Assist in building editorial calendars and content planning aligned with brand objectives and launch priorities., • Contribute to the creation of content toolkits for fragrance launches, including campaign assets, social media guidelines, and communication materials., • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to inspire innovative content ideas., • Support content performance tracking, reporting, and competitive benchmarking. PR, Influence & Events • Assist in the development of PR and influencer communication materials, including press releases, Q&As, translations, seeding documents, and event briefs., • Support the planning and execution of influencer activations, brand experiences, press events, and product launches., • Participate in influencer identification, outreach, gifting, and relationship management initiatives., • Coordinate with agencies and local markets to ensure smooth implementation of PR and influencer campaigns., • Consolidate and analyze campaign results, media coverage, influencer performance, and event reporting. Project Coordination • Work closely with Brand, Digital, Trade Marketing, and International Market teams to ensure consistency across all communication initiatives., • Coordinate timelines, asset deliveries, approvals, and project follow-up with internal and external stakeholders., • Collect and share best practices, market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence., • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and aligned with each brand's DNA, values, and luxury positioning. Profile Skills & Competencies • Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus., • Passionate about luxury, beauty, fragrances, social media, and influencer marketing., • Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, PR, and digital communication., • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented., • Excellent project coordination and multitasking abilities., • Strong editorial and communication skills., • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment., • Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury brand codes., • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Education • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, Luxury Management from a leading French Communications Grande École (e.g., CELSA) or a top-tier Business School., • Apprenticeship contract required. Experience • Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in communication, PR, social media, influencer marketing, events, or luxury brands is a plus., • Experience within the beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry would be highly appreciated.
