International Sales Expert – Food Ingredients Key Information • Sector: Agritech / Food Recycling, • Business model: Trading of upcycled ingredients, • Over €17M raised since creation, very close to breakeven, x2 growth every year, • Over 1,000 tons of ingredients already commercialized, • Trusted by leading global clients in food and cosmetics industries, • Team: 30 FTE and fast-scaling The Role As International Food Ingredients Sales Manager, you will accelerate growth and expand global reach. You will join the sales team led directly by the CEO and co-led by several category experts and specific verticals. Your goal will be to : • Drive B2B food ingredients sales worldwide, with a specific focus on large industrial accounts (transformers in juices & beverages, snacking, ready-meals, nutrition, bakery/pastry, dairy alternatives, etc.)., • Prospect new countries, regions, and accounts., • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while unlocking upselling and cross-selling opportunities., • Achieve ambitious, uncapped sales targets while optimizing portfolio profitability., • Collaborate closely with sourcing, quality, logistics, and R&D teams. Your Profile • Proven track record in B2B food ingredients sales with major industrial clients (mandatory)., • Solid technical knowledge of food ingredients (herbs & spices, juice derivatives, fruit & vegetable extracts, plant-based, etc.)., • Experience in structuring and developing long-term partnerships with global or regional industrial key accounts., • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Soft Skills • Strong communication and listening skills: clear, solution-oriented, balanced., • Excellent prospecting abilities: creative, resourceful, and persistent., • Ability to proactively anticipate client and product constraints., • Agility to adapt in a fast-changing, scale-up environment., • Resilient, pragmatic, and able to thrive under demanding expectations., • Be coachable and contribute to the Sales Academy currently created to onboard sales teams on its specific needs. Location & Conditions • Hybrid role: open worldwide, with flexibility to work remotely., • Some on-site presence is appreciated during onboarding to best connect with the team., • Full-time permanent contract (CDI)., • Attractive package : from €65k fixed, depending on seniority, uncapped bonus, and equity scheme.
