About the Role We’re looking for a Gaming Product Manager to join MFL and work directly with the CEO to shape the future of our football management game. This hybrid role bridges product management and game design, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for product discovery, feature design, and ensuring every improvement enhances both the user experience and the in-game economy. Tasks • Deeply understand the product, our users’ needs, and the game economy to suggest impactful improvements., • Conduct product discovery: gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from users, community, and internal stakeholders., • Improve the product interface and user journey in collaboration with design and tech teams., • Define and prioritize new features that delight players while maintaining balance and sustainability of the game economy., • Anticipate and simulate the economic impacts of new features, rules, and design changes., • Design and prototype features in Figma, from wireframes to polished mockups., • Write clear and actionable product specifications., • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery., • Manage and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Operations., • Monitor KPIs and game metrics to evaluate the impact of changes and iterate accordingly., • Benchmark against the best gaming products and apply best practices in UX, economy design, and retention., • Stay ahead of tech trends (AI, no-code/low-code, Web3) and bring innovative tools and methods into the product workflow. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Game Design (ideally both)., • Strong balance between strategic thinking (anticipating impacts on experience & economy) and execution (design, specs, delivery)., • Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, hands-on, problem-solver, and results-driven., • Highly curious and tech-savvy, comfortable with AI tools, automation, and no/low-code solutions., • Proficient in Figma and familiar with design best practices., • Passion for gaming, sports, and/or Web3, with a deep understanding of digital economies., • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to align diverse stakeholders., • Analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
