For one of our key clients, we are reinforcing a strategic Salesforce program that will shape the technical CRM vision and architecture for 2026 and beyond. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Omnistudio experience to join our client on a contract basis (100% allocation as of April/May with mission till end of 2026 and options for extensions). This is a hybrid role based in Paris, with partial remote work possible. In this role, you will play a key technical role, contributing not only to development but also to complex technical design and architectural decisions, in close collaboration with our clients’ internal teams. You will actively support and reinforce the technical vision and Salesforce architecture roadmap for 2026. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions across front-end and back-end, • Design and deliver scalable OmniStudio solutions to streamline digital journeys and business processes., • Contribute to complex technical designs and architecture decisions aligned with TotalEnergies’ long-term CRM strategy, • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and declarative tools, • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, • Define and implement scalable workflows, process automation, and data models, • Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices, • Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, functional consultants, and other developers, • Act as a technical reference within the Salesforce delivery team Required • Min 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with senior-level autonomy, • Strong mastery of Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning (LWC), Visualforce, • Solid experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and integration patterns, • Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures), • Comfortable working on both front-end and back-end, • Proven ability to design complex technical solutions in large or structured environments, • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security, • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions, • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, etc.), • Experience in large enterprise environments or multi-team programs, • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, • Previous experience contributing to long-term technical roadmaps or architecture vision
