You will be passionate for rum and other spirits and have in-depth cocktail experience. YOU With our extensive cocktail list it is essential you have previous experience, however we offer monthly beverage training allowing you to increase your product knowledge and a chance to work with one of the biggest names in the World’s tropical cocktails scene and have an input in creating our signature cocktails. The Restaurant In partnership with Chef Luke Farrell, Speedboat Bar takes inspiration from the Thai-Chinese restaurants in Bangkok’s Chinatown and the thrilling sport of Speedboat racing along the canals (klongs) of Thailand. The menu explores the ingredients, flavours and techniques that took Luke to Bangkok and its unique foodways; Chinese in origin but now uniquely Thai. A masterclass in wok cooking, roasted meats and spicy sauces, each hinging on the specialist Thai herbs and ingredients cultivated and grown at Luke’s nursery, Ryewater, in Dorset. The bar focuses on sharing Singha beer towers, slushies and chasers; the signature Speedboat cocktails – Snakesblood Negroni; Shop Window Old Fashioned; and Jelly Bia made with frozen Leo Lager; as well as softs such as a Snakefruit soda. **Head Bartender - Roe Restaurant** ** NEW OPENING IN CANARY WHARF** Salary - Up to £15.50 per hour Schedule - Full-time Experience - Experience as a Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in a quality Restaurant About us - Conscious & creative dining in the heart of Wood Wharf from the trio behind.
