This role safeguards brand trust by ensuring that every item offered to our customers undergoes rigorous inspection for authenticity, manufacturing perfection, and adherence to luxury retail compliance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed product inspections for authenticity, craftsmanship, certification integrity, and hallmark verification.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures covering sourcing, inventory management, and point-of-sale handling.
- Liaise with trusted suppliers, artisans, and service specialists to ensure alignment with New Herblife’s brand and compliance requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of product provenance, quality grading, gemstone certification, and warranty documentation.
- Lead periodic audits to ensure adherence to trading standards, consumer protection regulations, and brand-level quality policies.
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance product knowledge, handling protocols, and luxury service delivery.
- Oversee customer returns, aftercare standards, and product servicing to safeguard long-term client satisfaction and trust.
