Restaurant Manager

Pay from 34,000k per year – Full time- 45hrs p/w - Must have previous experience as Assistant manager. Full flexibility is required. We are HOP! About the role: We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager (Front of House) to join our HOP family to lead the team in producing and serving delicious food for our guests! In your role, you will work alongside the General Manager and assist with recruitment, training and development of our team members. Our Assistant Manager plays a key role in implementing our standards, maximising sales and ensuring that our guests will be surprised and delighted at each visit. You will ensure all standards are met by monitoring productivity level, quality and guest’s feedback. You will be overseeing operations, allocating resources and solving operational problems when needed. Our leaders are essential to the effective running of the shop and are willing to take ownership to guarantee the success of our unique and authentic Vietnamese quick-service restaurants. This position is open to people who have at least 1-year experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. This role is restaurant-based and involves working a variety of shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays.
