Pay from 34,000k per year – Full time- 45hrs p/w - Must have previous experience as Assistant manager. Full flexibility is required. We are HOP! About the role: We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager (Front of House) to join our HOP family to lead the team in producing and serving delicious food for our guests! In your role, you will work alongside the General Manager and assist with recruitment, training and development of our team members. Our Assistant Manager plays a key role in implementing our standards, maximising sales and ensuring that our guests will be surprised and delighted at each visit. You will ensure all standards are met by monitoring productivity level, quality and guest’s feedback. You will be overseeing operations, allocating resources and solving operational problems when needed. Our leaders are essential to the effective running of the shop and are willing to take ownership to guarantee the success of our unique and authentic Vietnamese quick-service restaurants. This position is open to people who have at least 1-year experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. This role is restaurant-based and involves working a variety of shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays. Key responsibilities: Support the General Manager with recruitment, training and retaining team members Maintain a safe and clean environment overseeing all Health & Safety protocols and procedures Monitor food standards and maintain the best food quality Manage stock level Review financial reports and KPI’s Essential requirements for the role: Be a leader and role model with a customer-focused attitude to surprise and delight our guest Coordinate and monitor daily operations including opening and closing procedures Keep up to date with knowledge on our menu range and promotions Be able to use your own initiative and problem-solving skill Treat all colleagues and guests politely and with respect If you think this position is suitable for you - please apply, and we will get back to you ASAP.
